A dedicated advocate for injured individuals and those navigating complex civil disputes, Neshah Francis is a Florida-based attorney who focuses her practice on personal injury and civil litigation.
Neshah earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to attending law school, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
Neshah launched her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, where she sharpened her courtroom instincts and built extensive trial experience from day one. She went on to establish her own solo practice, representing clients in high-stakes criminal defense and sensitive civil matters before transitioning her focus to personal injury and civil litigation, where she now fights for individuals harmed by the negligence of others. Her firsthand experience on both sides of the courtroom gives her an unmatched ability to evaluate cases strategically, anticipate opposing arguments, negotiate favorable resolutions, and advocate powerfully for her clients.
Beyond the courtroom, Neshah is deeply committed to uplifting the next generation of legal professionals. She mentors young attorneys and tutors law students preparing for the bar exam, reflecting the same passion for service that drives her client advocacy. When she's not practicing law, she enjoys traveling and immersing herself in new cultures.
