Voluntary Authorization to Contact  

The Client voluntarily and expressly authorizes The Russo Firm (“the Firm”) and its agents to contact the  Client for non-transactional, informational, and general firm communications, including but not limited  to newsletters, firm announcements, educational content, case-related updates of a general nature,  administrative reminders, and other non-emergency communications not constituting legal advice.  

Communications may be made using any contact information provided by the Client, including but not  limited to telephone calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, text messages (SMS/MMS), emails,  and other electronic or digital communication methods, including communications sent using automated  dialing systems or similar technologies, where applicable.  

The Client acknowledges and agrees that this authorization constitutes prior express written consent under  the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) 

The Client understands and agrees that this authorization is voluntary and not a condition of legal  representation; Refusal to consent, or later revocation of consent, will not affect the Client’s legal rights or the  Firm’s representation obligations; The Firm will not sell or transfer the Client’s contact information for third party marketing purposes.  

The Client understands that message and data rates may apply, depending on the Client’s wireless carrier and  service plan, and that the Firm is not responsible for such charges. 

The Client may revoke this authorization at any time, in whole or in part, by notifying the Firm in writing, by  email, text message, or other reasonable means designated by the Firm. Revocation will be honored within a  commercially reasonable time and will not affect communications sent prior to revocation.  

The client represents that they are the customary holder of the telephone number(s) and email address(es)  provided and have authority to consent to communications through those points.
