Andres Marques is the Director of Operations and Mass Torts at The Russo Firm. In this role, he oversees technical administration and management of cases, files, technology and interdepartmental collaboration. He is tasked with ensuring that internal procedures run smoothly and that staff across all departments are equipped to operate at peak efficiency. His focus on structure, organization, and accountability helps maintain a high standard of performance throughout the firm.
On the Mass Tort side, Andres oversees a team of highly motivated paralegals, case managers and agents and handles high-level administration of large, complex dockets. He and his team maintain consistent, clear communication with clients. He takes pride in building and supporting a team that is both detail-oriented and client-focused, ensuring that each case is managed efficiently while maintaining a high level of care and responsiveness.
He values collaboration and takes pride in working alongside the firm's staff to identify operational challenges and implement practical, effective solutions. Andres is particularly focused on empowering each department by providing the tools, resources, and support necessary to perform at the highest level. He understands that when internal teams are set up for success, clients ultimately receive a better, more seamless experience.
Outside of the office, Andres enjoys exploring the diverse and scenic areas of South Florida or spending time at home reading and unwinding. His favorite book is Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir.
