Matthew McCarley

Matthew McCarley is dedicated to helping individuals and families who have been harmed by the negligence and misconduct of others. His practice is focused primarily on personal injury.

Matthew has had the privilege of representing state Attorneys General offices as outside counsel in litigation against opioid manufacturers, distributors, and retail pharmacies. That included some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. He has also served leadership roles in opioid litigation on behalf of the State of Texas and in several national mass tort proceedings, demonstrating his ability to manage complex, high-profile litigation while advocating for those who have suffered serious injuries.

Known for his client-focused approach, Matthew is committed to guiding clients through every stage of the legal process with compassion, responsiveness, and determined advocacy.

Matthew is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve Spanish-speaking clients and their families. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in his community and church through volunteer service.
